30 days of music #17 – a song that you hear often on the radio

I don’t listen to the radio as much as I used to.  Aside from the emergence of new ways to listen to music (Hype Machine, forums, becoming friends with hipsters), I don’t have the time any more.  I am the proud owner of a couple of splendid iHomes, however, and the radio alarm function is what gets me up in the morning.  This being an analogue device, my alarm noise of choice is the XFM breakfast show – which has a tendency to play the same handful of songs every day between 7 amd 8am.  Here’s one of their regular toe-tappers, from Band of Skulls
